Blended Peels
The most significant new development in the non-invasive aesthetic arena is the emergence of multi-agent (blended) peels. These new combinations of agents such as Trichloracetic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid, Glycolic Acid, Retinoic Acid, and Resorcinol promise to give better results with less irritation than their individual ingredients which are usually applied in high concentrations.
Jessner's Peel
The "grand-daddy" of Multi-Agent peels; it combines Lactic Acid, Salicylic Acid, and Resorchinol. The synergy of these three agents has been effective in improving acne, reducing pigmentation, and improving the appearance of aging skin.
The Alpha Beta Peel
This combination of Salicylic Acid, Lactic Acid, and Gycolic Acid effectively diminishes the appearance of fine lines, lessens the appearance of discoloration, and improves acne lesions.
The GloTriplex Peel
The combination of Glycolic Acid, Trichloracetic Acid, and Salicylic Acid enhances skin tone and texture while purifying blemish prone skin.
The Glo TCA Peel
This higher concentration of Trichloracetic Acid in combination with a retinoid is a more potent approach which is designed to improve the appearance of aging skin, smooth fine lines, and enhance skin tones.
